At Cats and Cake, we partner with trusted suppliers to bring you a curated collection of items that celebrate creativity, comfort, and joy. Because our products come from both U.S. and international warehouses, shipping times and carriers may vary.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Domestic Shipping (from U.S. Suppliers via Spocket)
Some of our items ship from within the United States for faster delivery.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing

Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar

International Shipping to the U.S. (via Zopi Suppliers)
Many of our unique items are shipped from international warehouses and delivered directly to your door.

Processing Time: 2–5 business days

Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days after processing

Carriers: Varies by supplier

Orders under $400 typically do not incur customs duties. If any fees are assessed, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days depending on the supplier’s location.

Order Tracking
Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking details to update.

Delays
While we aim to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact us.
